[Verified] Portable LED Lighting

Overview

This is a simple little lamp.
Required materials:
    18650 battery × 1
    18650 battery box × 1
    SS12D10G5 plug-in switch × 1
    2010 package SMD 10Ω resistor × 1
    5730 package SMD LED × 10

The resistance value of the resistor can be determined according to the actual number of LEDs. It is recommended to use a 10Ω resistor for 10 fully soldered LEDs.

LED close-up: It

is soldered with a soldering iron, so there is more tin on the solder joints:

Switch close-up:

A pile of resistors + two lumps of tin (I actually used a 1kΩ resistor at first, but later found that the light was very dim, so I stacked a pile. In the end, the total resistance measured by the multimeter was 33.3Ω, which is the same as the result calculated by the parallel resistance formula in junior high school physics, but the light is still dim):

The battery and battery box on the back:

The solder joints of the switch can be seen from this angle:

Note: The four holes on both sides of the battery box are just metalized holes, not connected to any circuit. You can pass a wire to hang the lamp on a hook or other places, or weld M2 copper pillars (the size is just right).
