Project Background:
I bought several learning materials from people on Douyin and Xiaohongshu (TikTok) who made a wireless switch for just over ten yuan
; I found that while what they said was correct, many pitfalls were not clearly explained...

The biggest pitfall is that the single 8266 relay module requires 5V power; our switch at least needs a power converter to actually fit into the base.
The second pitfall is that besides mobile phone control, there is no panel control; it's a pseudo-smart switch (originally, operating the switch only required pressing one button, now it requires opening the phone - opening the app - pressing the button; this is a nightmare for the elderly)

Version The design employs a layered approach: **
The bottom layer is the circuit layer, containing the basic circuit layout (also the part open-sourced in this project).
The middle layer (under design) serves as the control layer, which I envision can freely connect various control buttons or sensors.
The outer layer serves as the appearance layer, allowing for customization of various panels to meet the personalized needs of our users.


Currently, the bottom layer consists of two relays that can control two physical circuits.
The main controller uses an ESP12F, i.e., Wi-Fi 2.4G control; its main advantage is its affordability, at 5.2 RMB per piece on 1688, though shipping is not included, so remember to buy a few extra.**
The 2x4 header in the middle is used to install the TP223 touch control chip. Considering there are two types of TP223 modules on the market, a special layout was arranged to ensure
chip programming is possible for both. It is recommended to program the chip before soldering. However, I also brought out a 2x4 header in the upper right corner, which can also be used to connect serial port chips for programming (but remember to solder the resistors and capacitors according to the technical manual first).
GPIO13/GPIO16/ADC are also brought out in the upper right corner for future sensor module design in the control layer.
The AC-DC module, casing, and copper terminals are all mass-produced generic films, available on Taobao/1688.
The BOM table is exported by JLCPCB by default; please refer to the list below for the actual module purchase.
