Overview
Project Overview:
This project utilizes the LCSC Divinstar development board as its core to design a voltmeter and ammeter capable of simultaneous measurement. Combining ADC technology with circuit measurement principles, it accurately converts analog voltage and current signals into digital displays, facilitating intuitive reading and analysis by electronic engineers. This device not only improves the accuracy and efficiency of circuit measurements but also helps engineers better understand circuit behavior, serving as a powerful tool for electronic design and troubleshooting, and playing a significant supporting role in the work of electronic engineers. In product application, the digital voltmeter and ammeter ensures the accuracy and safety of circuit design while also providing strong support for product quality control and subsequent maintenance. The overall
hardware module
wiring is relatively loose, and the core board and connectors require reverse connection.
This project uses an LDO as the power supply. Considering that most voltmeter products are used in industrial scenarios with 24V or 36V power supplies, the SE8550K2, with a maximum input voltage of up to 40V, was chosen as the power supply. The main reason for not using a DC-DC buck converter to handle large voltage differences is to avoid introducing DC-DC ripple interference during the design process; a secondary reason is to reduce project costs.
A Type-C power input has been added, increasing the ease of use and convenience of this product.
Soldering
is generally easy, except for the USB-C section, which is more challenging but can be attempted by those with average soldering skills. The rest are relatively easy to solder.
The software
uses Keil 5 for programming and functionality implementation.

is detailed in the BOM.
Functionality includes
voltage measurement.
