Voltmeter and Ammeter

Overview
This is a training camp project.
An external power supply is used to test the voltage and current of an adjustable resistor. It has a TL431 voltage calibration chip.
An encoder replaces buttons.
A toggle switch controls the 0-30V/0-3V measurement.
It can measure 0-3A current.
Two rows of external I/O ports have been added for easy access to the development board after it's no longer needed.

The code currently only has basic functionality and is still being improved and modified. It will be uploaded after it's fully completed.
