STC32-based Mailun car

Overview
The project adopts a design scheme similar to that used in intelligent vehicle competitions, consisting of a core board, motherboard, and driver board. The driver section is adaptable to higher power. The core board schematic is based on the design of Future Electronics Studio, with slight modifications. Due to an EDA issue, the pin header schematic on the core board is missing network coverage, but the PCB network remains; please refer to the PCB pin header network for reference. On the software side, since the 32G only has two encoder interfaces, there are no PWM ports available after both are used. Therefore, an external interrupt combined with checking the high/low level of another pin is used to detect motor rotation.

The code has only been used for basic movement verification and is not uploaded yet; it needs further improvement and will be uploaded later.
