Get free PCBs to make hitboxes at a low price

Overview
Hitboxes
are keyboard-like input devices for fighting games, while maintaining a similar joystick layout to some extent.
Compared to keyboards, their faster response time, fewer keys, and rear overlay give them a significant advantage in fighting games.
Since custom hitboxes often require more investment
, this project uses a method of splicing two 10x10 PCBs together to complete the PCB design, thus minimizing PCB costs. The necessary PCBs for making the hitbox can be obtained free of charge through JLCPCB's free PCB manufacturing program.
Materials include:
Pico RP2040 - 1
; Gateron low-profile red switches - 12 (different switches can be used if needed);
0.96-inch small screen - 1;
FPC socket - 2; 5cm long cable with 1.0mm pitch - 1;
6x6x12 SMD microswitches (lower height options available) - 7;
and keycaps from Taobao - .
The screws used in the 12 acrylic file BOM (Bill of Materials) on the cloud drive should be M2 locking screws
