4.2_E-INK_Dupont2

Overview

This 4.2-inch e-ink screen adapter board features an SSD1683 display driver chip and 8-wire SPI communication. If you only purchased the bare board (i.e., an e-ink screen with an FPC cable), its purpose is to convert the 24-pin FPC cable interface to an 8-pin DuPont SPI communication interface. This interface can then be connected to 8 pins of a microcontroller, which can then be programmed to drive the corresponding e-ink screen.
