CH9143 Three-way transparent Bluetooth wireless serial port

Overview

Note: The 1.6mm thick

Zhufei Technology serial port includes RTS flow control. For complete replacement, please modify the engineering diagram accordingly

The bottom pads of the CH9143 QFN package need to be soldered.
It supports USB/serial/Bluetooth three-way communication; data received from any interface will be sent to other interfaces.
The driver is CH343SER, driverless for Win10, compatible with common serial port software.
A button on the board needs to be pressed when inputting AT commands. The chip only supports AT commands returned from the serial port.
The factory default baud rate is 115200bit/s.
Bluetooth defaults to master-slave mode and supports BLE4.2.
