hardware introduction
       clearly shows that the F003 board uses the TW32F003 series microcontroller. The TW32F003 series microcontroller uses a high-performance 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0+ core, a wide voltage operating range MCU. It embeds up to 64Kbytes of flash memory and 8Kbytes of SRAM memory, with a maximum operating frequency of 32MHz. The chip integrates multiple I2C, SPI, USART and other communication peripherals, one 12-bit ADC, five 16-bit timers, and two comparators.
       The TW32F003 series microcontroller operates in a temperature range of -40℃ to 85℃ and a voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V. The chip provides sleep and stop low-power operating modes to meet various low-power applications.
