Motor drive based on EG5620

Overview
⚠️Note that
this project was designed using KiCad, so there is no unconditional free PCB fabrication without lceda. The schematic preview is at the bottom, please take note.
If you want to fabricate a PCB, please use Gerber below. The PCB in lceda is imported and is for preview only. The BOM is also below. Please do not use the automatically exported version.

. I. Product Introduction
This is a high-power, high-efficiency dual-channel motor driver designed and manufactured based on the domestic EG5620 gate driver and 5X6 packaged NMOS (such as SM4503/CSD18540, etc.). It can drive most common DC motors. One motor can be controlled using two PWMs.
II. Application Scenarios

: Prototype development for products such as smart cars and drones;
directly applicable to various competitions with high requirements for motor drive power and efficiency;

III. Product Overview:
This product provides a dual-channel motor drive board based on the EG5620 motor drive controller for electronics enthusiasts and prototype verification engineers. It features:

dual EG5620 H-bridges with 5x6 MOSFETs, high power, low internal resistance, and high efficiency;
single-sided components, with a main body size of only 5.1x3.7cm;
two PWM channels control the forward and reverse rotation and speed adjustment of one motor;
an enable button switch can be used to shut down the drive and prevent it from flying off course;

IV. Product Parameters

: Interface: Power supply uses blue KF301 terminals; logic interface uses a 2.54mm standard interface; speed can be controlled by connecting a PWM signal;
operating voltage: 5V-25V;
production cost: 15-25 RMB (using SM4503/CSD18540);
PCB Parameters: 5.1x3.7cm, two-layer board design, components placed on one side, interfaces on the front.

V. Instructions for Use :

Power supply 5V-25V (2s-6s recommended) .
One motor uses two PWM controls;
see 3D diagram for connection details

. VI. Remarks:

This is a pure hardware project; no code library is provided, and the module does not contain programmable devices.
A 3.3V-5V level microcontroller is recommended.
MOSFET Selection Recommendation: SM4503 is used in the video test; CSD18540 can also be used.
