[LUMOS] HMI Core Board Based on STM32F405

LUMOS

Description

: Main Controller: STM32F405RGT6
; Onboard: 1.54" LCD, buzzer, RGB-LED, physical buttons, 16MB Flash;
Expansion: All pins exposed

Hardware has been tested and verified; no bugs have been encountered so far.
Test code is not currently open source (it's poorly written and may be released later).
BOM is messy; components are based on their packages (I don't want to change it anymore, let's destroy it).
Onboard SH1.0 interface is for SW debugging and downloading (it can be used smoothly even without an expansion board).
The design inspiration for this core board comes from @Forairaaaaa's mini HMI core board Emma; thank you! A huge Big Up!
