STM32F1 minimum system board Type-C 49S

Overview

This is a minimum system board for the STM32F103C6T6A, using 0805 surface-mount components, a 49S crystal oscillator, and a Type-C interface (the cover image is from an older version; the USB interface is different).
It provides a debug interface and a serial port, and includes PC13 LEDs and PB2 buttons.
Do not refer to the BOM; select components according to their silkscreen markings. Components without silkscreen markings are 1uF decoupling capacitors.
