Dual-channel 2.5A lithium battery charger

Overview

This is a 2.5A lithium-ion battery charger with a wide voltage input adapter, built using the SLM6305. It can charge a single cell or two cells independently.
It employs a 550kHz fixed-frequency synchronous buck converter, resulting in a charging efficiency of over 90% with minimal heat generation.
The chip integrates multiple functions, including reverse current protection, output short-circuit protection, and chip and battery temperature protection.
The two batteries in this project are charged independently without interference. The input voltage can be selected as DC input or Type-C charger input via a switch. The DC input voltage range is wide, from 5V to 24V.
