I haven't used this type of microcontroller, but the development of microcontrollers is similar. If the MT68332 does not contain the ISP (IAP) program, then you must use some download tools to download the program, such as a parallel port download cable, or a USB interface emulator downloader. If the MT68332 contains the IAP program, then you can generally download the program directly using the serial port. Look at the datasheet, there must be instructions.
