You can download this selection table yourself: STM32 Selection Guide

The data sheet for the corresponding model has a Chinese translation and can also be downloaded from the ST website:

STM32F103CDE Enhanced Series STM32F101CDE Basic Series

STM32 currently does not have a chip with LCD driver function, so an external LCD driver or an LCD display using the SPI interface is required.

Small-sized 2.4 or 2.8 screens are easier to deal with, as they basically have their own drivers.

Don't worry about the display part. I wrote the timing myself. The main thing is to find a chip that everyone uses or that you have a large shipment volume, so that the supply is guaranteed, because I don't want to find one randomly in the selection manual.

You can start with the 100-pin or 144-pin STM32F103VCT6 or STM32F103VDT6. If the Flash capacity is not enough, you can replace it with a larger capacity one with pin-to-pin compatibility.

There are plenty of shipments: F103VET6, F103ZET6. Basically, they are in stock, it depends on whether you want 100 or 144 pins.
If you want to expand SRAM, etc., I recommend using F103ZET6, which is much more convenient.

Haha, the price of the chip is related to the amount used. If you have any questions about the price of the chip
, please call me.
