Transmitting data over weak current lines

If existing indoor wire lines are to be used for network communication, power line carriers are generally used to transmit data on strong power lines. Now I have come up with a simpler, cheaper and more reliable way, which only requires a few discrete devices and two ICs to communicate through weak current circuits (such as telephone lines). The transmission rate of this circuit can reach at least 32kbit/s, and if the carrier wave is higher, the speed can be even faster. For the sake of simplicity, the keypad switches we use do not have noise reduction function. If needed, it can be achieved with software. U1 is a PIC microcontroller, equipped with several peripheral devices and a PWM module.

It should be noted that this circuit can only be used in low-voltage weak current environments and cannot be connected to high voltage.
