Long time pulse delay circuit

Shown is a long pulse delay circuit . This circuit uses three transistors to extend the delay time of the D flip-flop. Before the voltage on
the capacitor Cl reaches the transfer level of the single-junction transistor Tl , T. Still on deadline. The delay time is determined by the time constants of Ri and cl . When the voltage on cl reaches the trigger level, TJ is turned on, T2 is turned off, and the CD4013B① pin becomes low level and outputs a wide pulse .
