AD524J type thermocouple cold junction compensation temperature measurement circuit is shown in Figure 1-20. This circuit consists of J-type thermocouple detection,
reference voltage source AD580, integrated temperature sensor AD590 and precision instrument amplifier AD524. AD590 compensates the cold
junction. When the temperature of the cold junction changes, AD590 outputs a current at lVA/K. This current The voltage formed at pin ② of AD524
is superimposed with vI to change the output of the amplifier. The AD580 provides a 2.SV reference voltage.
