OP113 wide range precision temperature measurement circuit
Source: InternetPublisher:zht24 Keywords: Temperature measurement circuit BSP Updated: 2020/08/27
The circuit consists of K-type thermocouple, cold junction compensation circuit, precision 5. It is composed of OO OV reference voltage source and OP113, which can measure the temperature
of 0-10ooqc with a temperature resolution of 0.02cC. OP113 wide range precision temperature measurement circuit is shown in Figure 1-18
.
Thermocouple K detects the temperature of the object being measured, VD, etc. constitute cold junction compensation, and IC1 provides a 5.OOV reference power supply.
OP113 is a low-drift (maximum voltage drift of 100mV, maximum temperature drift of 0.2mV/℃), low-noise, wideband
(3.4MHz) operational amplifier. Here, high-gain amplification is used. When the temperature changes within 0-10ooqC, the output voltage is
O~ 10. O OV .
