Internal structure of DTL inverter circuit
Source: InternetPublisher:天天都吃好吃的 Keywords: transistor diode Updated: 2021/02/13
Shown is the internal structure of the DTL inverter circuit (M5936P). Diodes are used at the input , transistors are used for signal processing , and
the power supply is +5V. When the input terminal A is high level (digital "I"), the diode VDI is turned off, the transistor VTI is turned on, and the transistor VT2
is turned on and the output is low level (digital "O"). When the input is low level (digital "0"), the diode VD1 is turned on, the transistor VT1 is turned off,
the transistor VT2 is turned off, and the output is high level (digital "1").
