Remote control switch circuit installed on VCD player

CD players have many remote control functions, but usually do not have a remote power on/off function, and their power cords are relatively short. As shown in the figure, a circuit for adding an external remote power on/off function to a CD player (taking VCD as an example) is shown.

Component selection: IC uses CMOS dual D flip-flop CD4013. VT1 uses 3DU5 phototransistor. VT2 uses 9013 and other NPN silicon tubes, β>100. BCR uses 3A400V bidirectional thyristor, such as TLC226. LED uses Φ5mm red light-emitting diode, any type. X uses commercially available two-eye 220V, 10A flat dark socket. The rest of the components are shown in the figure.
