Avnet recently won the "Great Workplace in China 2021" certification.
This ranking was established by the Employer Branding Institute, a leading global employer branding academic institution. Following a scientific and professional evaluation conducted by an international expert committee based on two key dimensions and five selection criteria, Avnet was selected as one of eight leading Chinese companies to receive the certification. Approximately 200 employees from 17 cities nationwide participated in the anonymous
survey

This is the second time we have received such an honor, following the "2019 Best Workplaces in Asia (Mainland China)" award. It is worth mentioning that Avnet also won related awards in Singapore, Taiwan, and India this year.
