Dry cell battery rechargeable phone case

 
Overview
Just like with electric cars, the biggest concern when using a mobile phone is battery life. Especially for mobile gamers like myself, the phone battery often becomes critically low after just a few games. The main drawback of using a power bank is its bulky size and inconvenience, and charging while playing can negatively impact performance. Therefore, I designed a Huawei P30 dry-cell battery phone case.
The main chip is the PW5100, a high-efficiency synchronous boost converter specifically designed for powering 5V devices from dry-cell batteries.
The circuit is very simple, with only two capacitors and one inductor. It's completely based on the official design. The
 
case design is particularly noteworthy; it fits the Huawei P30 snugly, consisting of a main body and a battery back cover.
 
 
The PCB uses JLCPCB's color PCB process, resulting in a very attractive appearance. The front of the PCB shows very few required components.

notes : 1. The PW5100 generates a lot of heat. Initially, I connected two dry-cell batteries in parallel, but testing showed that it only lasted 10 seconds before shutting down. Later, a two-cell series connection was necessary, resulting in an output of around 100mA, which effectively protects the phone's battery. 2. Use a Type-C interface for output, paying attention to the positive and negative terminals. 3.
