Overview

The BGU6102 MMIC is an unparalleled wideband MMIC product with integrated biasing features enabling functionality and a wide supply voltage range. BGU6102 is a member of the three major product series (BGU6101, BGU6102 and BGU6104).

This customer evaluation kit includes an application board for the FM band (70 MHz to 130 MHz).
