PC-Based Oscilloscope Reference Design

Overview

introduction

This reference design provides all the circuitry required to build an oscilloscope ( Figure 1 ) using the MAX1396EVKIT (the reference design calls for the MAX1393ETB ADC in place of the MAX1396ETB ADC) and a PC. It also provides circuit diagrams, Windows® software, and microcontroller firmware. . The firmware sample program is written in C language and compiled for MAXQ2000 using the IAR Embedded Workbench® platform. You can download the MAXQ® 1.13C, 4K KickStart version of IAR Embedded Workbench for free.
