Evaluation board for motor pre-driver IC and external FET driver board

Overview

• Predriver IC evaluation board for three-phase brushless DC motors and external FET driver board (TC78B009FTG/TC78B027FTG)
• FET driver board consists of PCB, 6 MOSFETs and right-angle connector (board-to-board connector).
• The FET driver board connects to the TC78B009FTG/TC78B027FTG evaluation board via a right-angle connector.

Features

• Different types of MOSFETs are mounted on the top and bottom sides of the PCB, corresponding to two MOSFET package types (top side: TSON Advance, bottom side: UDFN6B).　
• (TSON Advance: TPN11003NL/TPN8R903NL, etc., UDFN6B: SSM6K513NU/SSM6K504NU, etc.)
• The TC78B009FTG/TC78B027FTG evaluation board can only be connected if 6 MOSFETs and right-angle connectors are installed on the PCB.
