Overview

• Power line protection circuit equipped with eFuse IC TCKE805
• One IC realizes multiple protection functions such as fast shutdown and overvoltage protection during short circuit
• Equipped with reverse current blocking circuit

features with external MOSFET

• High input voltage: VIN (max) = 18V
• High output current: IOUT (DC) = 5.0A
• Low on-resistance: RON = 28mΩ (typ)
• Adjustable overcurrent protection: 5.0A (max)
• Fixed overvoltage clamp bits
• Programmable slew rate controlled by external capacitor to reduce inrush current
• Programmable undervoltage lockout via external resistor •
Reverse current blocking supported by built-in MOSFET driver IC
• Thermal shutdown
• Auto-discharge
• Small package: WSON10B ( 3.0mm×3.0mm, t: 0.7mm (typical value)
