3-phase brushless DC motor driver IC——TC78B027FTG

Overview

TC78B027FTG is a 1 Hall sine wave PWM controller for 3- phase brushless DC motors. N-ch MOSFET can be used as external FET. Non-volatile memory (NVM) and enclosed loop speed control capabilities are built in. Cost can be suppressed without the use of a microcontroller.
