Secure IoT wireless connection series solution-1

NuMicro® M2351 Series is Nuvoton's secure IoT series microcontrollers, based on Arm® Cortex®M23 CPU, with built-in Armv8-M architecture and TrustZone® technology. Its security and diverse power management modes make innovation in IoT applications more convenient.

The M2351SFSIAAP microcontroller is a multi-chip package that integrates the NuMicro® M2351 series microcontroller and Winbond's W77F series secure flash memory. The software tools for application development are the same as the M2351 series, and the package size is the same as the LQFP-64 package of the M2354 series.

The NuMicro® M261/M262/M263 series is also based on the Arm® Cortex® M23 CPU, but does not support TrustZone® technology. Its low power consumption and dual-block flash memory architecture has become one of the best solutions for IoT device development platforms.
