A car with intelligent judgment function is designed and produced. The car has the following functions: automatic obstacle avoidance function; tracking function (driving according to the black track on the road); phototaxis function (finding the point light source in front and driving in place); It has the function of detecting the number of iron pieces placed on the road surface; it calculates and displays the distance traveled and the walking time, and can make sounds and light up. The work can be used as a high-end smart toy, or as a powerful application example for college students to learn embedded control.
The work is driven by two electric motors. It collects various information through various sensor devices and sends it to the main control unit AT89S52 microcontroller. After processing the data, it completes the corresponding actions to achieve its own control. The motor drive circuit uses high voltage, high current, four-channel drive integrated chip L293D. Among them, obstacle avoidance is completed by infrared transceiver; the iron plate detection part is detected by inductive proximity switch LJ18A3-8-Z/BX; black belt detection is completed by infrared receiving diodes; the phototaxis part collects light source signals through 3-way photosensitive diodes. Then it is converted into a digital signal by ADC0809 and sent to the microcontroller for processing to determine the direction. The control unit processes the data and completes the corresponding actions, realizing a series of actions that can be completed without human control, which is equivalent to a simple robot.
