LT4320 has high efficiency, low heat, and large current! This rectifier diode is connected in parallel to the MOS tube. I want to understand why such a high efficiency can be achieved, so as to verify it by using discrete three-dimensional imitation in the future. The main reason is that LT4320 is too expensive! This AC rectified current of 10A basically does not generate heat.
TVS anti-overvoltage protection is added to the AC input end. EDS does not know if electrostatic protection is useful, but it is still added as an option. The reason why the four mos tubes are connected in parallel is that it can also be used as an ordinary diode rectifier without installing LT4320 and mos tubes. use!
