SC8701 is a control chip with step-up and step-down functions. With good peripheral components and good PCB layout, it can control currents exceeding 10A. Very powerful! !
It also supports PWM adjustment of voltage and current limit value, and various functions are quite complete.
The voltage dividing resistor of the FB circuit can be calculated using a table to facilitate you to find the required value.

PCBlayout is a very demanding thing. The current design of this version has too many sacrifices, and many technical requirements on wiring are not well followed.
Both PCBs are not working properly. Do not change the board to a 4-layer board and try again.
However, I seriously do not recommend that you use my PCB schematic. The schematic diagram is also subject to modification at any time. Please check it against the datasheet before use.
