LGT8F328P_LQFP48 is an Atmel MEGA328P compatible chip that supports Larduino Uno mode.
The LGT8F328P architecture design is relatively new, and its peripheral functions are far stronger than those of Atmel MEGA328.
In particular, the program encryption capability far exceeds that of MEGA328. Details can be found in the data sheet.
A breadboard can be used to build the experimental circuit, and the serial port chip uses the CH9340K domestic chip WIN10 and MAC OS X driver-free.
The 3V3 and 5V power supply can be switched through the pad and runs at 16M frequency, with excellent level compatibility.
Built-in high-precision RC, it can operate stably without external crystal oscillator.
There are few peripheral parts and the circuit design is simple.
12-bit ADC (analog-to-digital conversion)
comes with a real DAC, non-PWM analog,
comes with a GUID (unique ID) that can be used for chip program encryption,
comes with an internal 1.024V/2.048V/4.096V ±1% calibrated reference voltage source
in 3V3 logic level, the low-level threshold of 8F328P is between 1.3-1.4V
