2.7-inch ink screen driver supports NFC image transfer from mobile phones. Supports NFC energy collection, no battery required. The main components:
Main control:STM32L031F6P6
NFC:NT3H1101
Screen:EM027AS012
This screen I accidentally dug up from Xianyu has very low power consumption when tested (it requires about 30~50mW power consumption during the power-on stage, but only about 9mW is needed to refresh the screen). NT3H1101 can provide an output of about 15mW. With the low-power STM32L and a few capacitors to cope with sudden current, it is possible to barely achieve battery-free screen refresh.
currently existing problems:
1. The output of the nt3h1101 specification book is 2v@5ma. The actual output is about 3v. If there is a problem with the boost part, it needs to be removed.
2. NFC communication speed is very slow and it takes about 30 seconds to transfer a picture.
