Overview

Introduction

176Pin STM32H743/F767 core board (STM32H743Ix/STM32F767Ix), onboard 256Mbit (32MByte) 16-bit SDRAM and QSPI NOR Flash. It is convenient to evaluate the performance of F767/H743.

The supporting screen + debugger has also been open sourced, address: H743II core board supporting 3.5-inch IPS capacitive touch screen module

characteristic

  • Supports STM32H743/F767 in 176Pin LQFP package
  • Onboard 256Mbit (32MByte) 16-bit SDRAM
  • Onboard NOR Flash, uses Quad-SPI interface for communication
  • 3 LED lights, one of which is the power indicator light and the other two are available for users
  • 4 touch buttons, including a reset button and a BOOT mode switching button, and the other two are available for use. KEY_UP among them has sleep wake-up function.
  • Micro-SD card interface, using SDMMC 4bit bus communication
  • 5V and 3.3V power supply pin headers can facilitate peripherals to draw power.
  • A dedicated LCD interface designed to be compatible with most common small LCDs (available when SDRAM is not used) and dedicated parallel LCD modules
  • Lead out all IO ports except NOR FLASH and SDRAM address lines/control lines.
  • Micro-USB interface, with 1.5K pull-up resistor on DP. With 500mA overcurrent protection function.
  • CR1220 battery holder pad reserved for RTC power supply
  • Double-layer board, conventional process, effectively saving proofing costs.
  • All components except the CR1220 battery holder are on the front and are SMT-operated.
