176Pin STM32H743/F767 core board (STM32H743Ix/STM32F767Ix), onboard 256Mbit (32MByte) 16-bit SDRAM and QSPI NOR Flash. It is convenient to evaluate the performance of F767/H743.
The supporting screen + debugger has also been open sourced, address: H743II core board supporting 3.5-inch IPS capacitive touch screen module
The test results will be affected by external conditions and the components themselves and are for reference only.
peripherals | Test items | Test Conditions | Test Results |
---|---|---|---|
SDRAM | Maximum operating frequency | All 0s, all 1s, sequence, three items written and read without error | 120MHz |
SDRAM | Maximum writing speed | Use MDMA to write 256KB, frequency 120MHz | 1696Mbps (212MB/s) |
NOR FLASH | Maximum operating frequency | After writing in the normal way, reading in memory mapping mode has no error. | 133MHz |
SDMMC | Maximum operating frequency | After initialization, using FatFS to write a test text file without errors | 25MHz |
