Smart car V2.0 with tracking, remote control, and other control functions

An infrared receiving tube is added, and the signal can be received by the remote control in any direction.
A photoresistor was deleted. In the first version of the test, it was proved that a photoresistor can control the ambient light.
The position of the infrared counter tubes has been optimized to make them symmetrically distributed.
Optimized the boost circuit to avoid excessive voltage after first power-on due to unknown potentiometer status.
