Considering the cost issue, the MCU uses HK32F030F4P6, which has only one serial port. Therefore, the device needs to use a jumper cap to switch whether it is connected to the Tuya module or the SP3485 chip. The SHT30 temperature and humidity sensor with IIC interface is drawn on the PCB, and the DHT11 temperature and humidity sensor can also be drawn to collect it. You can choose to output through the 485 interface, or upload to the cloud through the Tuya module. The MCU will obtain time data from the Tuya module every thirty minutes for automatic time correction. The digital tube can be switched to display temperature and humidity values, time, and date by pressing the button. The last decimal point is the Tuya module network logo. If it is not connected to the Internet, it will light up. If it is connected to the Internet, it will light up. If it is connected to the Internet, it will go out. The third decimal point indicates whether the Modbus function is enabled. If enabled, both jumper caps need to be switched to the lower part.
1. After powering on, the digital tube performs self-test and collects temperature and humidity values after 1 second after all lights are on. If not connected to the network, the last decimal point will light up. 2. The first button is the network configuration button for the Tuya module. 3. The second button can be pressed four times to activate the default display of temperature and humidity values.
4. Press the first time to display the time.
5. Press the second time to display the date.
6. Press the third time and the third decimal point lights up. The device is a Modbus slave device and can exchange data through the Modbus-RTU protocol. 7. Press the fourth time, the device returns to the default display of temperature and humidity values.
