This is a fourth-order bandpass filter. With an operational amplifier connected at the end of the filter, more effective filtering can be achieved. The operational amplifier at the end can compensate for the gain lost in part of the filter circuit.
The matched chip is a single operational amplifier in TI's standard SOIC-8 package, such as OPA227, OPA2227, OP07, etc. Chip resistors and capacitors are all packaged in 0805 for easy welding and replacement.
