Written in front: This project can only be used as a reference. There are still many unreasonable things in the design. You can leave comments below and we will revise it when we have time.

The main control is Lianshengde's W806. The main frequency is 240MHZ. The peripherals are basically available, but the official is still working on the follow-up information.
At that time, this microcontroller attracted me because its main frequency was 240Mhz, so I chose this microcontroller. The price was about five yuan or six yuan.
It is a bit luxurious to use this main control with just a power meter. There is a CH340N circuit designed, which can directly use USB to download the program. It also has a self-reset circuit designed so that frequent reset keys are not needed. The 806 has its own ADC, but I think it is not very reliable, so the cost of the external expansion solution may be less than 20.
USB3.0 interface.
Input voltage: 4.5-36.
Measuring current: 0-5A. PS -- I have not actually tested it. I have only done the actual test of 2A for one hour. 5A does not have the conditions, so there is no way.
Main control: W806
Display: 0.91OLED (IIC)
Voltage and current: INA226 (IIC)
These two peripherals can actually use one IIC, but I designed them separately.
Problems in design:
1. When welding, I encountered a situation where the output voltage was abnormal when the load was not connected to the power supply, but everything was normal when the load was connected, so if you have a reference design, please pay attention to this problem.
Engineering revisions:
2021-12-4. V2.1: In this version, the mini-USB data cables D+ and D- of the serial port are directly connected to the input USB interface of the coulomb counter. There is no need to insert a separate USB download cable to download the update program. Simply plug the coulomb counter into the USB port of your computer.
