Human flesh efficiency table. Without calculating the insurance voltage drop, the actual voltage is about 0.03% higher than the table, which is not a big difference.
This table shows the chip-side efficiency. The board-side efficiency will be about 1% lower (factors such as wiring resistance + sampling + USB contact resistance).
