The project adopts the WB3S module + MCU solution. WB3S is a low-power embedded Wi-Fi+BLE dual-protocol module. It consists of a highly integrated wireless radio frequency chip BK7231T and a small number of peripheral devices. It has a built-in Wi-Fi network protocol stack and rich library functions.
The main function is the realization of simple functions such as temperature and humidity reporting, power detection, and LED testing. The power supply adopts two channels, one is USB and the other is powered by lithium battery.
The MCU uses the STM32F103C8T6 expansion board. Considering that the project is manual welding, the temperature and humidity detection uses a ready-made SHT30 module. The module is also made into an independent module for easy reuse in the future.
