Introduction: EV2400 based on MSP430F5529, paired with BQStudio, is suitable for debugging Ti series lithium battery protection chips.
1. Product introduction:
This project is a very compact EV2400, a Ti lithium battery protection chip debugging tool. It supports all ICs in BQStudio and provides a USB pass. Current protection, ESD electrostatic protection, IO level adaptation, etc.
2. Application scenarios:
1. Used for embedded device development and debugging of Ti lithium battery protection chips
3. Product overview:
This design is a very compact EV2400, Ti lithium battery Protection chip debugging tool, the overall size is 3cm*1.6cm, the design uses MSP430F5529 master control, TPS2553DBVR USB over-current protection chip, etc.
4. Product parameters:
1. PCB parameters: 3cm*1.6cm Four-layer board design with double-sided layout
1. Type converter: USB ->IIC/SMBUS
2. Main control IC: MSP430F5529
3. Electrostatic protection voltage: ±15kV (Air) ±8kV (Contact)
4. Logic level: Default 3.3V, adaptive according to Vref
5. Data interface: TYPE C
5. Instructions for use:
1. After the welding is completed and the firmware is burned, it can be directly plugged into the computer for recognition.
2. If only the power indicator light is on and the Battery Management Studio does not recognize it, you can re-plug it. Refer to the first half of the video. Plug it into the VOLTAGE_RAIL indicator light and then insert it completely. Normally, all four lights are on (reason: it takes a while to start the active crystal oscillator).
6. Remarks:
1. This module needs to be burned into the firmware after welding is completed.
2. The entire cost of this module Within 100 yuan
3. The PCB has no component silk screen, and the attachment has "iBOM' for easy comparison and soldering.
5. The attachment contains firmware and reference burning tools.
6. It is recommended to purchase Xianyu's EV2400 directly for board moving operations. Personally, compared with Buying new chips is more cost-effective
