Version update instructions
2022.06.21 Ver0.2 : Modify all traces with equal length spacing of 10mil to 15mil spacing. The original designed 10mil pitch impedance line cannot be compensated by the JLC process.
2022.06.24 Ver0.3 : Modify the differential line length and add some filter wires
2022.06.27 Ver0.4 : If you are using the previous version, please note that R16 and R17 at the DRAM power supply need to be interchanged. This has been fixed.
2022.07.04 Ver0.5 : Modify the resistance at HDMI_HHPD
Be careful with the board layout, the JLC four-layer structure has been changed, the impedance may not match
It has been confirmed that JLC2313 is the same as JLC04161H-3313, so you can make boards with confidence
0x00: Severe fever/abnormal power supply
Solution: Measure the resistance of each power supply to ground, check whether there is a short circuit, and check whether the active crystal oscillator is used incorrectly. R16 and R17 need to be swapped before the " 2022.06.27 Ver0.4 " version.
0x01: The crystal oscillator does not vibrate
Solution: Congratulations~ H5 is not attached properly, please rework and plant again.
0x02: DRAM not recognized
Solution: Check whether the DRAM is attached backwards, whether the DRAM is damaged, and check whether the H5 is attached properly.
0x03: DRAM frequency cannot be increased
Solution: Check whether the DRAM model supports this frequency. Note that the CLK frequency requires /2, or modify uboot to reduce the frequency.
0x04: H5 CPU power supply abnormality
Solution: H5 needs to be attached to the 0R resistor at CPU_FB. H3 and H2 do not need to be attached.
If you encounter other weird problems, please add them.
DDR address and control lines are 1290mil equal length, +-100mil
DDR data cable is 1000mil equal length, +-10mil
