Overview

AC/DC

1.Inspiration
The framework and inspiration of this project come from the circuit of Mr. Sun from BiliBili Engineering School, which can boost your lemon to 5V.
Because I couldn't find any open source similar to this project, I made a copy and will upgrade it on this basis.

2.Selection of materials
This project uses the MP3416 power management chip designed by MPS. This chip has ultra-low quiescent current and supports 0.86-5.5V input and 1.8-5.5V output, which can meet the needs of converting dry batteries (1.5V) to 5V.

3.Circuit design
A sample circuit is given on the official website of MPS. The 1.1 version is designed based on the sample circuit without any changes.

4.PCB design
This project was designed using Lichuang EDA. Version 1.1 is a simple wiring design, and will be updated to a copper-laying wiring method in the future, similar to the design of the MPS official website and Teacher Sun.

5. Shell design
The shell of this project is 3D printed and fixed with 6 M2 screws. It is stable and does not shake, without any decorative patterns.
