This project generates a modulated signal under a single power supply. The principle is a spwm wave generated by a Wien bridge (generated by an RC oscillator circuit) 50HZ sine wave modulated by a high-frequency sawtooth wave. The amplitude limiting and amplitude modulation functions are designed to ensure controlled modulation. The amplitude and average value of the wave are convenient for generating SPWM waves with different requirements. Optocoupler is used for isolation to directly drive the mos tube.
