[Solicitation Order] Lichuang Summer Training Camp Water Project——Open Source Loli Remote Control

 
Overview
        This project is based on the third generation Loli open source remote control. I am very grateful to the original author for his selfless open source spirit.
        Coming to the point, the boat hull was bought online a few years ago (for more than 70 yuan, including some accessories). The motor and ESC are both retired equipment from model aircraft. The brushless motor model is New Sida 2212 KV1400, and the ESC is New Sida 30A. The original motor base has a brush, so I modified it with a wooden board and installed a brushless motor. Because it is an external rotor brushless motor, there is no water cooling for heat dissipation. There is a small fan on the motor shaft to cool the motor. The electric motor is covered with 704 glue, leaving only the heat sink on the outside. The servo is an ordinary 9g servo, with some 704 glue applied to the outlet. The boat is powered by a 2S lithium battery, and the battery is fixed in the cabin with magic ties.
       
        Let’s start with the introduction of the remote control and receiver.
        I just happened to catch up with the water project of this Lichuang summer training camp, so I took this opportunity to make an open source Loli remote control and receiver for use on my boat.
        First, let’s talk about the remote control. The chip uses STC12C5A60S2-35I, the wireless module uses Zeyao’s NRF24L01, and an external glue stick antenna. The appearance directly borrows the appearance of the remote control from the open source platform Jixiaoxin team. I won’t go into details about the schematic diagram. They are basically the same. The battery is powered by two 18650 cells. Because I am used to the right-hand throttle, I connected channels 1 and 3 to the right joystick, and the left joystick is channels 2 and 4. The screen uses a seven-pin 0.96 OLED.
        Let’s talk about the receiver. The chip uses STC15W408AS-35. The wireless module is NRF24L01, which costs a few yuan on Taobao. It uses an onboard antenna.
        At present, the board-making experiment has been successful. The longest remote control distance has not been tested yet. It is no problem if it is tens of meters. Below are actual pictures.IMG_20220716_091807.jpg
