Friendly reminder: The board has not been tested yet (the components have not arrived)
The cover picture does not match the actual project, mainly due to the difference in characters, but the rest is basically the same.
The impedance has been calculated. For board making, please choose a 3313 laminate structure with a thickness of 1.6
This U disk board supports planar flash memory (Vccq=3.3V) using a single CE (chip select), and supports non-Toggle flash memory particles such as Intel, Micron, Hynix, Toshiba TC58NV starting particles.
The current online version is the "ultra-durable" version (file suffix: UD). Later, a standard version (file suffix: SD) similar to the common boards with the same solution on the market will be launched. It has simplified peripheral circuits, lower BOM cost, and can support More types of flash memory
Compare the two versions:
Super durable | Standard Edition | |
1.8V VccQ | no | yes |
1.2V VccQ | no | yes |
Toggle | no | yes |
Minimum input voltage (normal operation) | 3.8V | 4.5V |
Minimum input voltage (extreme case) | 3.5V | unknown |
Maximum input voltage (normal operation) | 6.5V | 5.5V |
Maximum input voltage (extreme case) | 8V | 5.5V |
Reverse connection protection | -25V | -0.5V |
Overcurrent protection | Integrated in LDO chip | unknown |
ESD protection (human body model) | 16kV | 4kV |
ESD protection (machine model) | 400V | unknown |
cost | high | Low |
Note: The lowest input voltage (normal operation) refers to the lowest input voltage when the 3.3V output voltage is approximately 3.3V; the lowest input voltage (limit conditions) refers to the lowest input voltage when the 3.3V output voltage is approximately 3.0V.
Finally, this is my first time to draw a USB2.0 level board. There must be many unreasonable things. Please feel free to criticize so that we can improve it better. Thank you!
Next, I plan to try a USB3 board, which is tentatively designated as BGA291 BGA SSD adapter for mobile hard drives. Please support me.
