Using ACDC chip as high voltage DCDC

Overview
Verify the feasibility of using 5 commonly used low-cost ADC chips as high-voltage DCDCs.

Test efficiency and other parameters.

It is suitable for systems with power supply of 24V and above, with a maximum withstand voltage of 320V, which can effectively prevent damage caused by wrong wiring on site.

At the same time, it has a bootstrap function to easily obtain the output of power supply voltage + output voltage, making it convenient for use in a battery car driving environment.

The circuit topology refers to the mp150 chip. After testing, all five chips can work under this topology. Theoretically, all PSRs (primary side feedback) with similar structures can work in non-isolated high-voltage DCDC mode.

Due to differences between chips, the current output by this circuit and the output voltage range vary.
