MAX-II development board, BGA welding practice board

Overview

There is a 4-digit digital tube onboard (but it has not been tested yet, and I don’t know if the IO port driving capability is sufficient), two LEDs, and two buttons.
Because of the BGA outlet of the four-layer board, not all the IO ports are pulled out, only a few are not pulled out.
You can order for free from Jialichuang and buy two pieces at home, but they are not soldered well. Let's wait until the school re-solders them.
