LM27762 Low Noise Positive and Negative Output Charge Pump Verification Board

This verification board is used to verify the function of Texas Instruments LM27762 (LiChuang Mall No. C134018) low noise charge pump.

LM27762 is a low noise positive and negative output charge pump with integrated LDO .
Features (extracted from the official website):
Provides ±1.5V to ±5V adjustable, ultra-low noise positive and negative outputs.
The input voltage range is 2.7V to 5.5V, and the output current is up to ±250mA.
The operating current is only 390µA, and the typical shutdown current is 0.5µA, so it can provide ideal performance for power amplifiers, digital-to-analog converter (DAC) bias, and other high current, low noise, negative voltage applications.
It uses a small package and requires few external components.
With reference to the design of the official EVM, the output voltage of this verification board is ±4.5V. The resistance value of the feedback resistor can be changed to configure other voltages as needed;
the output voltage calculation formula is: VOUT=1.2*(R1+R2)/R2.
The output end is enabled through EN+, EN- (pin12, pin8), and the high level is valid. When both pins are pulled low at the same time, the chip enters shutdown mode.
With POWER GOOD function (pin1), open-drain output. When the output voltages are all normal, this pin is often at a low level; when any of the output voltages is abnormal, this pin outputs a high level for fault indication.
